Focus: Russia's Invasion of Ukraine and Attacking Ukraine's Museums
In my work on my AIS project, I learned about the role of art in diplomacy and war. My research included reading articles about the theft of major art works in Ukraine and Russia's destruction of Ukraine's museums and other historical and cultural sites. This gave me an understanding of the importance of art in terms of the identity and culture of a people. Some of the articles I read are in the photos.
